Your client sees progress
without asking by email
Each project has deliverables, team, documents and finance. Your client signs in to their portal with a code, sees how it's going and sends you requests in the same place.
How it works
How a project runs
You set up the project
You define deliverables with owner, date and weight; progress is calculated automatically or set by hand.
You invite the client
They sign in to the portal with their email and a 6-digit code, or with a one-time link you send them.
The client follows progress
They see status, progress, upcoming deliveries, the documents and links you share, and their contact person.
They ask, you answer
They send bugs, improvements, changes or questions with images, and get an email when their request is planned or resolved.

What's included
What it does today
Project health
Your team sees alerts for overdue deliverables or a delayed project.
Finance by permission
A contact with permission sees budget, invoiced, collected and pending amounts, with their invoices and payments.
Requests with statuses
Received, in review, planned, resolved or declined; declining requires a written reply.
Requests linked to deliverables
When a request enters the plan, the client sees it included in the matching deliverable.
NPS surveys
You send the survey by email or WhatsApp and the client rates 0 to 10, with a comment.
Content in the same portal
If you also manage their social media, the client reviews and approves their posts with the same access.
What it doesn't do yet
So you know what to expect
- Portal access is by email code; not by WhatsApp yet.
- The client doesn't sign contracts or pay invoices from the portal.
- A request can be linked to a deliverable, but it doesn't turn into a task or quote on its own.
